Passion 2025 in Atlanta, GA, January 6th through January 8th.
At present, the plan is to max the trip at twelve students.
Here are some of the details:
You are responsible for the cost of your ticket. After that, you will need to pay for one meal on the road and any merchandise you decide to purchase.
DO NOT PURCHASE A TICKET ON YOUR OWN! ALL TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED THOUGH ME IN OUR BLOCK OF TICKETS!
**WHAT WE PROVIDE:
Transportation from Lees-McRae College to and from Atlanta.
A place to stay (probably an Airbnb or maybe a hotel if the rates are reasonable) and meals in Atlanta
**THE PLAN:
The plan is to leave Campus no later than 11:30 am on Jan 6th.
We will drive to Atlanta (in one of the newer Vans) -
We will check in where we are staying and head to the Arena. Doors generally open around 5:30 PM.
The full schedule is not out as of yet -However, this is what last year's schedule looked like:
The first session began at 7:00 PM and lasted until midnight.
The last session began at 10:00 AM
The session finished around 2 PM.
If that is the case this year, we will return to campus on the afternoon of the 8th—about a 5 1/2 ride.
If the schedule changes, we might stay over. I will know more about the schedule as we get closer.
**If you travel from somewhere other than LMC, you must cover your travel expenses.

The price is $149 plus a ticket fee - I will pay the extra fee!)
Also, the tickets are NOT refundable.
So, if you decide not to go - you will be responsible for selling your ticket.

WAIVER
To go with us, you must be at least 18. If you are under 18, I will need a special waiver from your parents.
There will be a waiver for you to sign. (I don't have it yet)
